Anttassen is een modemerk voor handtassen. De betekenis achter "Ant" komt van Antwerpen, de naam is gekozen omdat “Anttassen” en “handtassen” in het Nederlands fonetisch hetzelfde klinkt. Deze connectie legt de nadruk op de roots van het merk en is een eerbetoon aan de oorsprong in Antwerpen.
